Your designs and files

Glass dimensions, project notes, business details, uploaded SVG logos, and generated artwork are processed in your browser. The studio does not upload those design inputs to our server or save them in a cloud project library. Exports are generated locally and downloaded to your device. Generating a website QR code does not visit that website.

The active project is held in page memory and can be lost when you refresh, close, or leave the studio. Downloaded files remain wherever you save them until you delete them. If you choose to email a file or share an export with someone, that is separate from the studio's local processing.

Website delivery and security

Cloudflare hosts and protects the site. Requests to load it involve technical information such as your IP address, requested URL, request time, browser information, and security signals. Cloudflare may process this information to deliver content, prevent abuse, and diagnose problems. Hosting and security records may be available to us through the service.

See Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for its processing practices. Do not put confidential information in page URLs or query strings; URLs are part of web requests.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on our public domain through our hosting settings. Its browser beacon sends page-visit and performance measurements to Cloudflare so we can understand traffic and how the site performs. This is separate from your locally processed design. According toCloudflare's analytics documentation, the service does not use cookies or local storage for usage metrics and does not fingerprint individual visitors. Our site does not use advertising pixels or cross-site advertising trackers.

Cookies and browser storage

• Intro preference: session storage remembers that you have seen the welcome animation. It contains a simple flag, not your design. It normally lasts for that browser tab's session.
• Former private-preview access: the previous password gate used a secure, HTTP-only cookie named __Host-dmw-preview that expired after up to seven days. The public site no longer requires or sets an access token. If your browser sends an old preview cookie, the site clears it.
• Infrastructure protection: Cloudflare may use security cookies or similar signals when its protections require them.

The application does not currently use marketing cookies. Fonts are served with the site rather than requested from an external font service. You can clear site data using your browser settings; blocking necessary storage or cookies may affect the intro preference or infrastructure security features.

Messages you send us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any details or attachments you choose to include. Our email provider, Namecheap Private Email, processes those messages to deliver and store email. We use them to respond, provide support, investigate issues, and handle requests. Please avoid sending sensitive personal information or artwork you do not have permission to share.

Sharing and retention

We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising. Information may be processed by our hosting/security and email providers to operate these services, or disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and prevent abuse.

We retain support correspondence as needed to handle the conversation, related follow-up, and legal obligations. Hosting and security record retention depends on the provider's service and settings. We do not promise that those records are immediately erased when you close the page. You can ask us about information we hold or request deletion using the contact below.

Your choices and requests

You can choose what to enter in the studio, what to download, and what to send us. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information, or object to or restrict certain processing. Email look@decoratemywindows.com to make a request. We may need to verify that the request is yours and will respond as required by applicable law. We cannot retrieve local designs that were never sent to us.

Our providers may process information in countries other than yours. No online service can guarantee absolute security. The service is intended for adults and business users, not children under 13; contact us if you believe a child has sent us personal information.

Tools and links you choose to use

On supporting browsers, the studio exposes optional browser-assistant tools that can read the current project and change glass dimensions. If you use a browser assistant or extension, its access and handling of information are governed by your browser settings and that provider's practices. The studio itself does not send your designs to an AI service.

External links and QR destinations are operated separately and have their own privacy practices.
